Story
On Instagram I share my love for dry denim, and especially from Denham. I instantly fell in love with the brand and their story since 2008. And from that moment on, I mostly bought Denham jeans and now have more than 25 jeans, including 8 dry’s. Some of them never worn and new. Due to my occupation as a nurse in the hospital I usually not wear my dry’s, that’s why I’m a slow fader. But I must say I’m proud of the result.
Most of you guys have their own story, but the last couple of years a lot have happened in my personal life. And I must say my Razor VJS have been with me during that time. I became a father of my son Luca in march 2016, bought and construct my latest house, went on several holidays and visited a lot of places including New York, London and Paris.
One story I would like to share is that I recently went to the new Denham store in Utrecht, which is pretty nice, so pay them a visit. But I was wearing my VJS, and the worker in the shop (Lars) asked me what size I’m wearing, because I have a 33/34 in my store and kept it away for a customer who called and put a reserve on the jeans. He never came buy, so I said I wanted it and now I have a new one. Mostly for fun or for the near future. And also to use for photos and compare with my worn in one. So I could share the story ‘from virgin to vintage’.
