The Waterbury Watch Collection

Timex and Red Wing are the very definition of American Heritage.  Timex began as the Waterbury Clock Company in 1854. Based in Connecticut, it manufactured clocks using brass wheels and gears. By World War I they modified their early pocket watches and added a canvas strap for military issue so that artillery gunners could calculate and read time while still being able to work their guns. The design remains relevant today in their Weekender collection.

Designed at the Giorgio Galli Design Lab, the Timex and Red Wing leathers collaboration was first  in Japan. There are three models available: 38 mm, 40 mm, and the show-stopping 42 mm Chronograph. The stainless steel case is contrasted by a dark face and subtle yellow numbers. Red Wing Shoes provided a ton of their premium leather for straps that feature white stitching and sizing numbers on each hole.
