Hi, My name is Bird. I like to get dressed and mix and match different styles. I like to mix many styles into my outfits. Denim, jackets, sneakers will all fit into my style.

I live in the East part of Bangkok, this part is easy to travel and very close to my workplace. My favorite part in Bangkok is the fashion zone named; Siam Paragon (Sian Square). I like to be in this area to hang out with friends and to find new stuff to compliment my outfit.

Bangkok is the city of street food, on every corner in the city you can find cheap and delicious typical Thai dishes. I like the Papaya salad and the South East Thai Hot Pot. So, if you ever are in Bangkok, make you to taste these local Thai dishes.

1. Why do you share your outfits?

In the past, I saw very cool styles coming by on Instagram. I took inspiration out of many photos and add it to my personal style. After some time of just checking in every now and then, I thought it was time to share outfit photos to everyone myself.

I like to post my outfits to share my style with other people and to hopefully inspire my followers.

2. What makes your Instagram feed so special?

I don’t know what makes my Instagram special, I just want to show my style.

3. Where does your inspiration come from? 

I take the inspiration for my Instagram updates from my brother. My brother, named Nong, is a denim icon in Thailand. You can find him on Facebook by searching for ‘Wirat Lim’. Nong wears a lot of amazing faded raw denim and is a big influence in the denim scene in Bangkok. My goal is the be like him!

4. Where does your love for denim come from?

I wear jeans since I was a young boy. About 4 – 5 years ago I got interested in raw denim and since then I’ve worn a lot of raw jeans. What I love most about raw denim is the evolution of the color. My best faded pair of jeans is the 21/23 oz. Iron Heart IH-666-UHR.

5. Your top 3 favorite (denim)brands?

Levi’s, the legend of denim, is my number one favorite! They have such a long history and they are an inspiration for every existing denim brand nowadays.

Iron Heart also belongs to my favorite brands.. The key points of this brand are the heavyweight fabrics and the strength and durability of the jeans.

Mister Freedom take their inspiration out of vintage style. I like their product design, they are an inspiration to me.

6. What is your favorite accessory?

I like sneakers because of its comfortability and because they match well with my outfits. Besides, sneakers are easy to wear on every occasion; in my personal life as well as my working life. My favorite sneakers brand is Converse.

7. What items do you wear the most at the moment?

At the moment I am wearing a Mister Freedom denim shirt, named Tonkinoise shirt snow denim. This shirt is full of incredible details and the pattern is based on a vintage shirt.

8. What is your favorite shop and what is your favorite webstore. 

My favorite denim store as well as my favorite webstore is Pronto denim. Pronto Denim is the authorized dealer for a lot of popular denim brands and a lot of different styles. The customer services at Pronto is very good, that’s what keep me coming back.

9. Do you care about the production process?

The production process of the clothes I wear is very important to me. In fact, it is the main reason for me to decide which new item I will buy.

10. What are your dream for future? 

For the future, I hope to realize a small showroom where I can showcase my finished denim. With this showroom, I can enjoy the denim evolution myself and I can show it to my friends.
